Friendly, amazingly knowledgeable and was at my home within an hour of calling him because of a no heat issue early on a Saturday morning. Diagnosed the issue immediately and had the replacement parts in his truck. Heat was back on in less than an hour (circulation pump replacement). Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about Petros! Last March on a random Saturday our leak detector went off on our tank water heater. Temperature was freezing outside and I had young children at home. I scrambled to find on Google a plumber who could provide emergency services and Petros responded right away. He gave me a good quote, went to a supplier to find the tank I needed, and came to install it. Everything was done within the day and we had hot water to bath the kids!! He was very professional and efficient. Couple days ago, a week before Christmas, my parents' house had a leak from their tank, plus a shower faucet that was not letting out cold water. After going back and forth with a local handyman who was to repair but then suggested that we replace the tank entirely, I reached out to Petros again late in the evening in desperation. From just couple photos, he identified the problems, got the parts and fixed everything the next day. Aside from being amazed by his skills, I was really moved as he drove more than an hour from his last job to us just so we could have hot water and shower during the holidays. We are located far from his general service area but he went out of his way to help us. I would highly recommend him if you are in towns close to Melrose!

12/8/25 update: Petros continues to be an absolutely amazing plumber to work with. My family was recently staying at a rental home while we were having construction done at our place and there was a massive leak with the homeowner’s refrigerator. Petros came out immediately, even though he had an injured back and he helped me to diagnose the problem, stop a water leak and save the homeowner thousands of dollars in water remediation repairs. I can’t recommend Petros highly enough. He’s an absolutely amazing professional. This guy is amazing. It’s people like him that keep our communities up and running. Petros is responsive, reliable, and fairly priced. If anything, he’s so good that he’s not charging enough. He’s also incredibly knowledgeable in his field, good with kids, and a nice guy. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

I hired Floros Plumbing to (1) Snake a bathtub, (2) change a water heater anode rod (3) and fix two toilets that were taking forever to refill. As I recall, all of this was fixed in under two hours, and the two workers were pleasant to talk with. The ease of job completion, quality of work, and the technical advice was worth the price. Fantastic. We had no hot water coming into a new home we just moved in the day before on Saturday. I called Mr. Floros at 9 a.m. Sunday, he diagnosed the problem (plus a few other plumbing issues on our to-do list) almost immediately over the phone, then came out at 1 p.m. with everything ready to go. He was done by 3 p.m. with our plumbing checklist done and dusted. I’ve never had to call a plumber before (and this first time I did with much nervousness), but this is THE guy to call.

Petros rebuilt 13 shutoff valves in my condo and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was clean, very quick, and knowledgeable. He loves his job and wants to do quality work. I appreciate that he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it, and all his work made sense to me. In contrast, I contacted 3 other plumbers - all of them were more expensive by varying degrees and estimated that the repairs would take all day. A few of them suggested repairs that were questionable.

Can't say enough good things! I called late in the evening for a clogged drain and they came out early the next morning to help me out. They diagnosed the problem and although they determined I needed a different service for a final fix to the problem Petros called a colleague himself to get that settled urgently for me. After so many people told me they wouldn't be able to come for several days (my only toilet wasn't working so not an option!) it was such a relief to find someone who was able to come quickly and assess the situation.

A really good experience. Our bathroom faucet was not working. We contacted many plumbers who had a long wait period. Petros called back right away and had me take photos of the faucet.
